This was our first time to try something from Fraction 9 so we thought this would be a great way to see what they had to offer. This sampler has been so fun for us! Their blends and roasts are very creative and there’s nothing that we haven’t liked. We’ve so enjoyed having found new, quality coffee that doesn’t break the bank! Sweer Roast brewing with aeropress yielded good results. But the pourover is not yielding the sweetness which was promised to me.
This is an absolute banger. I had a few cups after letting it rest for a week and the results are phenomenal. A bright cup, super fruity and a long finish which lingers long after the last sip. Grab it while it lasts!
