Sweer Roast brewing with aeropress yielded good results. But the pourover is not yielding the sweetness which was promised to me.
This is an absolute banger. I had a few cups after letting it rest for a week and the results are phenomenal. A bright cup, super fruity and a long finish which lingers long after the last sip. Grab it while it lasts!

I have tried a few coffees from F9 myself, as well as tried a few that my friends had. Hands down, this is the best offering from F9 I've tried till date.
Brewing methods: Aeropress (inverted), Espresso, V60
Grinder: 1zpresoo K-Ultra
Tasting notes:
MANGO. Strawberry. Grapefruit. Spiced pineapple.
I don't completely agree with the notes, but then again I'm not a Q Grader, so... The milk chocolate mentioned felt more like an aromatic note. Strawberries came through mainly in the espresso shots.
Coffee attributes are spot on!
Personal favorite: Espresso. It. Is Wild. It felt like I was drinking some kinda citrusy-mango syrup with hints of strawberry. I literally couldn't tell it was coffee, save for the fragrance.
Sticking point: Chaff. It seems, the brew is significantly better if you go through the extra hassle of removing the chaff, which probably signals that the roast is a fair bit more delicate than the tag 'Light plus' would indicate. Not something F9 or the farmers could do, but should be mentioned nonetheless.
Miscellaneous: While espresso was my favorite, I tried the coffee with the Aeropress (full brew, not faux espresso + water) way more (that's how I realized the chaff thingy). The reasons I didn't try mokapot, French press or milk drinks was, put simply, I thought it would not be a good accompaniment to this specific coffee.
