I received Forbidden Orchard, Crimson Spirit, Vienna Roast, Breakfast Roast and Christmas Roast in my sampler box (Whole Beans). I found all of them to be excellent brew. The roasting was consistent with description.Looking forward to ordering more.

Brewed with my usual V60 x Switch recipe, the coffee starts off with heavy floral notes (think champa, jasmine) and then settles into a very sweet fruity note (think mango). I love how sweet the coffee is.

Roast was even i brewed with an aeropress and it was quite sweet with rounded brightness overall cup was quite good

hot - umami smell. Very round. Juicy. Balanced, not significantly sweet or acidic. Short sweet aftertaste. Very enjoyable. | Iced brew - berry smell. Juicy. Bright acidity and sharper than hot. Clean. Short sweet aftertaste but hot aftertaste is shorter. I drink iced pour over everyday but i enjoyed the hot version more, it tasted more pleasant and peaceful.

This French roast delivers a bold, striking cup with a deep, oily bean appearance. The dry grounds hit with an intense aroma of dark chocolate and sweet smoke. Brewed, it has a heavy, full-bodied mouthfeel with virtually no acidity. The flavor leans heavily into bittersweet cocoa and a rich campfire smokiness that stays balanced without crossing into a bitter, burnt aftertaste. Excellent for anyone who wants a strong, no-nonsense black coffee.
