This is a common review I give every favourite roaster of mine.
Coffee great. Packaging great, branding great.
User experience (unless you are a elite home brewer with knowledge and every tool) uncertain.
Use your barista and Qa to find the brew equipment and recipe the extract the most potential of the roast, your vision, and tell us on the packet. Otherwise 10 cups just goes in changing variables, one a day unlike cupping, and by the time I find the one, the packets over.
Also pourover and aeropress. Focus a roast specifically for those brew types. Brand it our competition lots. Customer wanting variety may be overrated, some find they coffee and don't like change. More choices looks like commercial market, less choices looks like your focused on a specific standard.
The coffee is great. I loved it.

This is the best roast I've had from F9, they'd do well to further work on roasting in this direction. The grassy/vegetal note that is typical of a lot of their roasts due to the core not being developed completely is almost absent in this bag, you'd be hard pressed to notice. This coffee performed well just four days off roast, and is even better now at eight days. Mild florals and passion fruit on the nose, crisp notes of passion fruit and a bit of stone fruit in the cup. More of this please!
Better than most roasters . Better than beans at double price.
